Get ready for Middle School Volleyball with our Pre-Season Training Program! 

Dates:
Tuesdays – Sept  22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20   7^th & 8^th grade only

Or

Thursdays – Sept 24, Oct 1, 8, 15, 22   6^th – 8^th grade

Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Location:
Great Hollow Middle School
150 Southern Blvd, Nesconset

The cost for either five (5) week session of training is $375 each.

Training to be provided:

• Individual Skills:  Passing, serving, hitting, setting
• Fundamental Team Tactics:  defense, offense, positions and transition

Who is eligible:  Girls currently enrolled in grades 6 through 8.
